User Content Data: Information about the movies, TV series, and books you track using the App, including titles, types, status (e.g., Completed, Want to Watch/Read), favorite status, added dates, completion dates, and potentially user-provided ratings if applicable in the future. This data is stored securely in Cloud Firestore under your user ID.
Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the App/Site, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site (if applicable via standard web logs or analytics). Firebase services may also collect device information for authentication and analytics purposes.
Data From Third-Party Services: We use APIs from The Movie Database (TMDB) and Google Books to display information about media titles. We fetch this data for display but generally do not store extensive API data persistently unless it's part of an item you actively track (like title, image URL, year). Account Information: You may at any time review or change the information in your account (Username, Full Name) by logging into your account settings within the App. Your email address can be changed via a secure verification process initiated through the app, managed by Firebase Authentication.
Tracking Information: You can manage the items in your lists (Completed, Favorites, Want to Watch/Read) directly within the App.
Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at semovel.app@gmail.com. Please note that some residual information may be retained in our backups and logs for a limited period for security or legal compliance.
